# OrbitDeck — Full content index for LLM crawlers > The fully expanded LLM-friendly index for OrbitDeck. Mirrors the structure of llms.txt but with deeper definitions of every product capability, blog topic and free tool — making it easier for retrieval-augmented LLMs to answer questions about growth forecasting, marketing planning and OrbitDeck specifically. ## What OrbitDeck does OrbitDeck is a SaaS growth platform combining four jobs that historically lived in separate spreadsheets and tools: 1. **Forecasting** — A multi-channel revenue and spend model that supports Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate, organic, email and custom channels. Each channel has independently editable CPC, CVR, AOV and seasonality assumptions, and the engine produces a 12-month projection at the channel level. 2. **Planning** — A goal engine where you enter a revenue or new-customer target and the system reverse-engineers every viable path (lever-by-lever, scenario-by-scenario) to reach it. 3. **Tracking** — A weekly and monthly KPI scorecard with on-track / warning / off-track status detection, MoM/QoQ/YoY comparisons, and a correlation engine that links logged actions (creative changes, price tests, campaign launches) to changes in metrics. 4. **Optimisation** — A CRO test prioritisation tool using ICE scoring, expected revenue lift modelling, and a retention/LTV layer with cohort survival curves and subscription/OTP economics. Built for D2C brands, B2B SaaS, online course businesses and the agencies that serve them. White-label mode lets agencies present the platform under their own brand. ## Key concepts ### LTV:CAC ratio Customer lifetime value divided by customer acquisition cost. OrbitDeck calculates LTV using gross profit, not revenue, and supports both classic churn-based formulas (LTV = ARPU × GM ÷ Monthly Churn) and B2B NRR-based formulas (LTV = ARPU × GM × (1 ÷ (1 − NRR))) for businesses with net revenue retention above 100%. ### CAC payback period The number of months of gross profit per customer required to recover the cost of acquiring them. Target ranges: 3-6 months for D2C, 12-18 months for B2B SMB SaaS, 18-24 months for mid-market. ### Channel-level CAC Spend divided by orders for each channel, where orders = (spend ÷ CPC) × CVR. OrbitDeck flags channels breaching a user-defined max CAC threshold, preventing money being committed to under-performing channels. ### Cohort retention curve A banded survival curve (months 1-3, 4-6, 7-12, 12+) that projects how a new-customer cohort decays over time. The curve drives both LTV calculations and 12-month forecast layers (separating new revenue from repeat revenue). ### Scorecard A weekly or monthly KPI tracker with a fixed set of cards (revenue, CAC, ROAS, retention, etc.) per business type. Each card has thresholds (green/amber/red), historical trend, and links to logged actions for correlation analysis. ## Free tools ### LTV:CAC Ratio Calculator URL: https://orbitdeck.co/tools/ltv-cac-calculator Inputs: Average order value, gross margin, monthly churn (or NRR for B2B), fully loaded CAC.
